Infrastructure and Facilities

Set up in 1978, MGSIPAP shifted to its own 12-acre campus in April 2000. The new campus is in the pollution-free Institutional Area of Sector-26,Chandigarh. The Institute is  part of  the Learning Zone  comprising of public schools, colleges, and institutions of higher learning. It is conveniently located - less than 6 km. from the railway station & 4.5 km. from the Sector-17  bus stand.

	The campus presently comprises of  Convention Center, Academic Block and Library building, apart from a Hostel Block.
The Auditorium, Amphitheatre, & Sports Complex buildings are yet to be completed.
The endeavour is to provide the ambience & facilities for fruitful learning for the officers / trainees coming to the Institute to enhance their knowledge bank.
	Institute open to the Corporate and other Sectors. As part of its Human Resource Development mission, the Institute has opened its doors to the private / public sector and other organizations / individuals.
All who are desirous of benefiting from the Institute's resources; participating in activities that would enhance knowledge & learning; and deliberating on social & economic issues at workshops, seminars, conferences, & meetings are cordially welcome.
