Comments received during evaluation
process were as under:
1. I have learnt a lot many things from
this course & shall be useful in my
duties of Lecturing, Coaching and
Administrative Job.
2. I learned the qualities of leadership. The knowledge provided in the course will be very useful to discharge my duty in an effective manner.
3.This shall help me to plan training activities using the four ways of learning.
4.I do perform training duties in my departments; hence the inputs during these five days have been of immense use in terms of quality. I will use these inputs in my future training, as well as preserve the study material in my office library for the advantage of present and future trainers.
5.This course is going to help me a lot in conducting coaching, lecture & group activities at my Institute. As such I have come to know that systematic methodology is to be adopted at every step. I have been doing all this but approach was different, but now approach has totally changed. Also I have got a lot of written (literature) material with me, which I can refer to from time to time.
