Election Manifesto-Imperatives of Articulation
As public policy and strategies of governance are largely influenced by the Election Manifesto, the Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Punjab in the Public Policy Cell and the Vidhan Sabha Study Centre(VSSC),is evaluating Election Manifestos to analyse and enrich genesis of Policy formulation.
A Concept paper has been prepared in this regard. To carry forward this study to bring out concrete results. Please send in your comments.
