Our Team

M. Sc. (Geography), joined the Institute in April, 1989. He is planning, designing and coordinating training programmes in the area of Urban Development and General Management for the officers of Punjab Government.

Doctorate in Education joined the Institute in Oct., 1984. Since than has been associated in the training and research activities. He has worked in six projects assigned to the Institute by The Planning Commission, Govt. of India and Govt. of Punjab. His Areas of interest lies in Participatory Approaches in Development , Management of Training and Training Techniques, Simulation and Gender Issues.

He is Ph.D. in Economics. He joined the Institute in Oct., 1985 and presently he is core faculty in the area of VAT, WTO, TQM, Sustainable Development, Human Rights and Human Resource Development.
He has supervised number of Research Project on Socio-Economic Surveys and Resettlement Plan of Oustees in the Kandi Area of Punjab. This Project was sponsored by World Bank. He has attended one month training on ‘Total Quality Management’ at Civil Service College, Sunning Dale in U.K.

He is from Punjab State Accounts Services and joined the Institute in  May,2007 as Associate Fellow (Management Accountancy) from the Department of Finance, Govt. of Punjab. He is planning, designing and conducting training programmes in the area of Financial Management.
